Falsely filed peteion in consumer court

Hello we are into selling of massage bed

once of our customer purchaed a massage bed from our website 

our person gone for installion at there place he was there for whole day also adviced them to use voltage stabiliser

all of sudden on next day we recieved email from them that there is some physical defect on item but actually when our excetive was there for whole they didnt find any physical defact but as good faith we said no isses we will solve that problem but still  they paid us few amount lower of what decided 

after few days there was a call that we want your franchise we will look after all technical issues in our area so accordingly on commision basis we aggred and our Technical Executive give them whole techinical training to operate as franchise and officially we awarded as our franchise also

But after few days there was some issue with the bed so they asked us for repair service but as decided as techinical franchise training we said them we will send spares as we have given u technical training u may repair the bed but soon after they refues they said we are not technically trainined to repair 

So instead or arrguing we settled the matter by sending our staff

 but when our staff visited as adviced to use them voltage stabiliser they were not using also from day 1 thre was issue with ur electrical wireing in thier house as continously volate flacuations or power driping was happening also they use voltage stabiliser for all equipments but never used for our bed.

also our technichian solved the issue but again urged them to use voltage stabiliser as the issue was arrised dur to voltage flacuation.

Again after use of 1 year they complaint about problem with the bed asked for repair service..

At that time also whe our technicain reached again due to electrical flacuations the bed and internal parts were burnt and still they refused to use voltage stabliliser.

After this visit we said them as u are not using voltage stabiliser we cant provide u onsite service warranty if anything happens need to send the equipment to out service centre

soon after realising this they started arguing we will not send our equipment as we are not techinically trained and also trethened us to go to consumer court

we have clearly mentioned in warranty terms also in user manual also in warranty card if any problem arrises due to improper electrical voltage the equipment needed to send to service centre

but now they have flase file petetion in consumer court that they have recived improper service also they filed peteion in another state as our office is in another state

So i needed help regarding this as they were the official franchise and recived techinical training how we are responsible also we are still ready to give them service but just requesting them to send to our service centre but they are refusing to do it 

also how will consumer court look into this matter

You people have grossly erred by simply not giving functional product.  This is already proved due to number of complaints during warranty period and subsequent complaint after warranty period of 1 year.  Consumer court will award damages, you will have to give new bed which is fucntional and also pay compensation to consumer for harassing them by not providing proper after sales service.

Chances are your business also might be closed after this thorgh court.

no use worrying.  hire good advocate to represent you.  Without advocate you wil be just at recieving end.
