@Sachin,Its wrong..Advocates and Judges hidding this section from parties.I have got to read and hear from person in 2 district family court case in TamilNadu, where party filed application u/s 13 of family court act,1984 r/w order 3 rule 1 of CPC and vakkalath of respondent's advocate got cancelled by court.Even BAR of the district had a talk with JUDGE, but no use.
