Dear Sir / Madam,
My spouse filed for divorce and maintenance in civil court but as she could not proove her statements the case was quashed. the allegations were all FALSE. i also got divorce which was ordered by court.
Now in order to extract money, she has again filed for maintenance in family court. i missed the first hearing what should i do.

attend the next hearing and take copy of the petition. then decide on what to do after consultations with your lawyer.
