The issue with this draft is that the feminists tried to involve pre-marriage property of the husband, the property which is self-aquired by the husband and by his hard work. When she feels like divorcing him or when the husband cannot stand her anymore, why should the wife get a share from the husband's self-aquired property? And they also tried to involve his inherited/inheritable property. How much should the husband suffer? Why not also find out the worth of his kidneys and give a share of that amount to the wife? If this draft becomes law, the husbands will have to resort to beggary in order to pay a huge alimony to the wife.
