family problem

my husband is a government employee and he is earning good salary.some times he said I'll give my some amount of salary to my brother but I don't like it. if I'll file a case is it voluble or not? if I need a divorce what I'll get? just asking please give me a clarification about it.

You can get maintenance from your husband which is ideally 25 % of the monthly income of the husband for which you'll have to file a petition under section 125 of the code of criminal procedure.

Various other factors are also kept in mind by the court while granting maintenance to the wife and therefore complete facts of the case need to be known.
