My grandfather has two son..He first did the vasiyat on the name of my uncle and had given nothing to my father from the property that he made by him self...later he did register the whole property to my father name...
now as we both stay in same house, my uncle is not ready to leave the house...He has already given us the notice to vacate based on the vasiyat ...but post when we shoed him the registration papers he did nothing and is asking money to leave the house..
My uncle has given the notice 2 years back and post that he has not reply to an of our summons..Now we want either of two things
1) either he vacates the property
2) start giving us the rent
under what section we can file a case fo r the same
