We did a sale deed for 3 vigha farming land from other party of my villaige but at that time it was not regiostered in Gram panchayat' s data , so currently this land is showing in other partys ownership in panchayt registered.
This land was purcahsed before 40yr by my grand father and we are using this land and it is in our custody.
But now we want to transfer this from my grand father's name to my fathers name.
So how can it posssibe... is there any issue due to not registered of sale deed in panchayat data..???
we have original sale deed..
