Father acquired property

Hi ,I am planning to buy a resale property in India.The person who bought the property from the builder bought it under his name and his kids name(minors name).Can the father sell the flat without court order?

It is not ancestral property.can the kid when he becomes adult have any claim on the property?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

If the property registered in minor's name then a clearance from court is necessary since the minor can claim the property after attaining majority.

Sir, it is necessary to obtain permission from the court before one disposes minor child's property. Otherwise the child has every right to challenge the same when he/she attains majority.
