My father wants to gift his car to me.
Since its gift between blood relatives, imo it won't attract income tax.
is a gift deed mandatory? will it attract stamp duty? does it needs to be registered?
What are charges for Gujarat state?
For transfer of ownership too - RTO charges will be applicable. Are those on % of market price ?
