Father passed away but will not read or found.

Our father passed away 4 months ago but no will has been read.  My only living brother claims no knowledge of a will even though my father routinely talked about his will and neighbors who were witnesses claim that there is a will.

Can a will disappear after his death or is there a record in court for all wills.

Thank you.

Usually there is also an executer of a will

If the will is not registered, there can be no record of it in any public office.
