Sir, my grandfather had propery which includes marriage hall, shop and shop. .He had 3 sons and two daughter. He could not make his will and neither did he make any nominee in his accounts and he is now no more. My uncles are now enjoying the property and they had no idea of divinding the properties. Now im unable to file case as im financially not good. Is there any chance to get stay order for the properties as they cannot use the property or is there anyway of getting the property in early.Pls advice me.

The Property of the Grand-Father has to be equally divided amongst all his legal heirs, as per the HSAct.  Appropraite proceedings have to be initiated in the courts to get possession of your ratio of your property.
