Father's name

Dear Friends,

In the Board Exam Certificate of a pupil , Father's name is spelt wrongly( eg. Subash in stead of Subhash). Now for any official purpose, whether an affidavit by Notary attached with the said certificate is enough ?

No,not enough. Better you get it corrected by the board itself.Request for the correction must be made by the concernced school and not by the individual.
