Fathers name property, but i paid a huge sum for constructio

sir, I am only son and married  2 sisters , living with our parents botrh alive at delhi. now my father had two properties , which are not ancestral, in delhi for which I spent a huge sum from my savings and borrowing money from friends, so that some rental earning we can make.

now I am afraid that  my married sisters can try to take their part as per hindu succession act.

i have arranged for their marriages and paid dowry etc.

now I want to make that property in my name , what is the procedure

Get a will from your father making you as a sole beneficiary.

Will can be on a simple paper with 2 witnesses who are not beneficiary.

Ask ur father to execute gift deed in your favor
