If the issues are also with other estate(s) of deceased father and that is why estranged son won’t budge from his stand then it is your family’s call to decide everything amicably.

The estranged may contemplate partition of estate thru court.

Check if amicably, Registered Family Agreement is possible in your case.

It can end chances of  litigations/future litigations.

He has already captured one independent bunglow of father which is on the name of mother throwing mother out of the house by force .As he is very criminal nature can harm any of us. . . .we left house matter aside for sometime. Keeping mother with us. Now as we all are settled , and he wants that neither mother nor any of us should get anything. If FD papers will be signed everyone wil get share. . . Which he is not liking. Its due to his corrupt and criminal mind we are helpless.

We are now ok with succession certificate . As we know that person will do nothing but harming us in this or the other way.

If the Bunglow is on Mother's name then she is owner.

If she is Senior Citizen she can claim maintainance and evict him from her estate.
