Respected Sir,
Purchased builtup property inherited by siblings they didn't disclose one of their sister who had passed away in the family tree. The children of the deceased filed for FDP and session court had ordered 1/7 part.
We have approached high court for stay RFA and it's granted but not on commissioner report for FDP
Commissioner is appointed,
What would be the final conclusion of the case any appeal from my side ? Need advice.

You have already approached court with a case and are being assisted by an able lawyer, the question raised here involves practical knowledge of the case situation hence your lawyer will be the better person to opine about further issues.
