I am occupying a commercial premises since 1993 which was given to me by my well-wisher. My well-wisher passed away in 2003; I still continue to occupy the said premises. In his will, my well-wisher has not mentioned about my premises, the municipality shop and establishment license for the premises is in my name. Can my well-wisher's heirs evict me from my premises?
