Feasibility of exparty divorce

Sir,

My wife file 498a/406 from Gurugram with wrong address. Is it feasible to file divorce from Banglore where we lived after marriage and wrong address provide by her in 498a/406. This way she will never receive notice and what are the chances of exparty divorce?

Yes, you can file for divorce in Bangalore where you lived after marriage. However, providing a wrong address intentionally can lead to complications. If your wife does not receive the notice, the court may proceed ex parte, granting the divorce in her absence. It's advisable to consult a legal expert to ensure proper procedures are followed and to avoid any legal issues.
