Dear All,
My mother in law is about 80 years, and she has no any ID proof. Now we have a land in out native, where she is the 5th part's owner, we want to sell that property, in registrar's office they will demand the ID proof, which we have not. We heard that A gazzetted Officer's Affidavit is valid to open a Bank Account or to make a ID proof, is it true ?
Now what to do, how can we make ID proof as earliest.
