My Name is Sunil and I have filed a divorce petition in 2017 and I got compromised after that. In 2022 my wife filed 498a and I got an station bail we went before the first appearance in court and filed for compromise and they have given date of February 06 2023. Now me and my wife are not interested to stay with each other and she is not even ready to with draw case and want to continue with court proceedings. What would be the next steps i want to know if on the next date of attending court and says she don't want me to stay with me and again she says false allegations on me. Already she is blackmailing me of consequences.
