Need to file 340 petition against Official Liquidator. What are the steps for
a) filing before company court (High Court)

340 Crpc is for for entertainimg complaint against a false statement made in an official proceeding in a court.
You can not stright away go to High Court. You can file only in the court where the aleged documents are filed.
