A lady has filed a false FIR in Jan 25 with grave sections like (Seventy four (74 (1,2,3,4), Seventy eight (78) Seventy nine (79), hundred and eleven (111), three hundred fifty six(356), three hundred fifty one, 351) against me and few others on her assumptions only and since she wants me to withdraw a quashing application against another false FIR filed by her husband 3 years ago in which chargeshet yet to file (old fir). I have all the proofs to show my innocence . How to file counter FIR.
She got some parcels, letters, emails which according to her is defamatory, threatening and contain s*xually explicit materials. One of the parcel has come from UP where i was supposed to work and my current company has a office but i never worked there. Since she knew and assumed i work in UP, i am sure she only sent the parcel from someone to implicate me. I have all the proofs that i never went to UP in 2 yesrs (my biometric attencdance, letter from my company that i am based in Bangalore, Uber bill, mobile records). Her husband also tried to implicate me & few othere in a false FIR 3 yrs ago which is under quashing, now to put pressure to withdraw quashing and also to harrass further new FIR filed using woamn as victim. How to file a counter FIR or approach some court to file a conter FIR/case here
