It is to submit that Sri P.Manoj Sai had secured a Bronze Medal in the 5 th Asian Beach Games-2016 held at Danang,Vietnam from 24.09.2016 to 03.10.2016, Ask per GO.No .84 he is eligible for SI of Police job.
But the government is saying that the GO was expired in 2017 but even though the Go was expired by 2017 his achievement was within the time frame of the above mentioned G.O.Ms.No.84.
In this circumstances how can we proceed further in case and suggest me some court cases for reference..
