Dear sir, I am fighting CRPC 125 as party in person. I already filed counter 1. As there are other cases like divorce, 498A in other courts. If I file original evidences documents in one case, how to file in other cases. can I take CA copies in other cases? OR by giving xerox copies and showing original copies, can I get xerox copies as evidence and marked?
2. can I file statement with evidence as memo?
Take certified copies of original from court and submit them where ever required.
