I wish like to know fallowing
1. My opp. Party advocate files a Exemption Application 10 times that his client is not getting leave from employer so unable to attend court date.
2. As per Employer wrriten statement recived through RTI stats that she has not asked any kind of leave on those court dates.
3. I had fieled Section 340 after taking certified copy of the Exemption Application
In Objection My opp party states that...
That she is not having any knowladge of said application's nor it was signed by her fieled a affidavit in support of that application & that her advocate has not consent her to file those application.
Kindly suggest the forward path.....
