Angry HC pulls up burking cops: Filing FIR is not a ‘favour’

The Bombay High Court has come down heavily on the state police machinery, slamming their repeated reluctance to file FIRs despite clear directions, and asking the Home Secretary to step in and sort out the issue of burking.
