in a case in which I am the accused evidence has been closed and 313 statement submitted.the case is absolutely false case and fabricated evidence produced the court by police .my advocate is not crossed the witnesses satisfactorily.i want to re open evidence and produce defence evidence .video clipping is an evidence to produce before the court.on the basis of which the witnesses have to be crossed.
any possibility filing of 311 petition?
