My case got transferred when arguments had been completed and orders were pending to be passed from a Dsitrict Court to a Family Court.
Now the FC Court judge is ignoring this state of the case and wants to start afresh.
Are there any citations which can support that the case should be taken up from where it was pending in previous court?
Also can anyone point a specfic provision of law?
