Final decree proceeding

Dear ld,member

is  notice to defendant in final decree proceeding is neccessary ?or elaborate the period of limitation for notice in final decree proceeding..

No notice is required at the time of drawing up final decree proceedings, There is no period of limitation because in the original suit the original relief is already in the plaint

I have one more queries regarding drawing of final decree if amin commissioner submitted its report in court by alloting quantum of share to each party and stamp for the preperation of final decree furnished by party then tell me the period to drawing final decree because we have propisition of law of 14 days in drawing up preliminary decree as contained in provision rule 6B u/o XX cpc but how about the period of drwing up final decree..

one more query sir

is notice through registered post as well as through nazarat in court simultanousely is mandatory in suit..

if plaintiff  files notice either through nazarat or registered post then what will be the implication or rulling contained in oreder V or VII cpc
