Final decree time

the final decree has been passed in the year 1986 so can i file case against the defendants now...

BUT I HAVE CAME TO KONW THAT FINAL DECREE IS VALID ONLY OFR 12 YEARS IS IT TRUE?

If it is mortgage decree it is1/2+3years to file for. f.d.pafterf.d.pit is 12yrs but in case of partition after f.d p u can file e.p because for partition decree limitation is not mentioned.proceed with eminent advocate about it
