Final settlement

My last working day with Accenture was 4th dec 24 

Accenture has sent to me Final settlement working on 23 rd Dec 24 saying that If they don't hear any thing in 15 days from me  working would be considered correct 

I have not said any thing 

Now they have revised the working on 11th March and shown recovery from me for LOP days 

 

Can they revise the working when I was agreed with 1st working not saying anything for 15 days 

Can corporate like Accenture can redo things and torture to employees by sending multiple mails on recovery

If you have any grievances in this regard, first of all ascertain your grievances, collect documentary evidences to challenge the orders enabling them to reverse their earlier decision and consult an experienced lawyer in the local to serve them a legal notice demanding the payment of compensation towards the loss they have done to you in this regard.

Yes, you may represent. To my knowledge, Accenture is having an effective grievance redressal system.
