Final Settlement and Experience Certificate

I have resigned from a company on 28th of April 2011, after serving 90 days notice. The only waiver of notice I got is the leave which was pending for me. Infact the company has not settled my final settlement amount, also not given the experience certificate yet. What is the TAT for full and final settlement as well as the experience certificate for an employee who resigned after service full notice period as per labour laws. Please advice.

As per labour law in particular shops and establishment act, the dues of an employee must be settled on his last working day - the date of relieving. However, considering the practical aspects from payroll point of view, it should be done within 30days max.
