Finding a Good Tenant

the best way is to consider urself as tenant....consider ur spouse as landlord and pay rent regularly.

my above words shall sound funny to anyone.....but dear there are no set criteria to ascertain credentials of a person....its better to keep the property vacant then having tenants....m telling u from my personal experience....if trapped then it will be difficult to eject a tenant.
