Finding family court and exparte advice

Today we gave an application in court to publish the notice in newspaper.  The petitioner in Gujarat and notice to be sent in Noida.  The respondent purposely delaying and remarks on acknowledgement coming as the respondent do not reside there wherein his latesh passport and bank account statement with his photograph in it has the same address.

The court today said to send it one more time through court but we were unable to find the family court in Noida or GautamBudh Nagar or Ghaziabad.  It has district court though.

I want to know where the court will send it?  In the application, we mentioned District Court Gautam Budh Nagar as there was no family court. Will it be fine?

and once the order to publish in newspaper come and we publish it and then too if respondent do not appear then how long will it take to get the exparte order?

Not every city has a seperate family court. Any local lawyer shall help you in this regard. or search the lawyer in this forum of the said city and contact him/her.

You better aplyfo publication of notice.o newspaper.  Once you publish the same and on comikng date file an affidavit to that effect taht you have published the notice innewspaper annexing the whole set of newspaper marking the advertised Notice portion with red paper encircling it, pray for passing order for proceeding the matter ex-parte .  On thesame day the Judgewill pass an order for hearing the matter ex-parte or on the next date.   You thenkeepyour affdavit of evidence alongwith affidavit of evidence of witnesses and keep the written notes of arguments.   That is all.  Keep all your work ready

It is good for you you are gtting publicn and the opp does not appear

Thank you all for your valuable advice.

I further like to know that if the order passed for newpaper notice, then after how many time court will grant exparte if the respondent (husband) do not turn up after that too?

I also want to know when court will be passing an exparte order, will it send the intimation one more time to the respondent about last notice to appear or will pass an exparte order.
