Dear experts,
We are in a situation to find out some evidences of the second marriage of a person (Who has performed bigamy)
Apparently, he has got registration of his marriage in sub registrar office either in Preet Vihar or Gandhi nagar in delhi. But we only know the year of the marriage and not confirmed about the date of either the marriage solemnization or registration.
My question is what should be the approach of getting access to such record? Filing an RTI in the registrar office will work or not?
