friends, give some citations on the following issue...
in a murder case complaint was lodged against few persons. police registered fir against the complaint mentioned persons. but they were not arrested. later investigation was transfered to other specialzied investigating agency. the new agency after through investigation....filed final report against new original accused persons....and completely skipped fir mentioned accused persons. need judgements in this matter
