Dear Sir
Based on my complaint (involved 20 crores) FIR was filed on June 2014. Now 10 months passed but the police not taking any action.
I approached the high court then the Jude passed the Judgement that, the case involves serious offence and the police need to collect the evidences, so no time line can be set for next action.
Is this judgement correct? I feel something is wrong. What else I can do now?
