Fir on two wheelers road accident. one biker injured the other biker not. does it amount to criminal

In a road accident two, two wheelers clashed at a signal joint in Bangalore City. Police filed FIR. One biker is injured and fractured his leg the other minor injury though no fault. Police filed FIR against the biker who was not injured seriously. Does it effect the other biker for his government employment and going abroad. Does he be called as criminal whenever he is asked in any applications. Can it be quashed and if yes on WhatsApp grounds.

This is to be contested on merits and evidences and get it dismissed or if you have sufficient grounds to prove innocence then you can approach high court for quashing the case.

It is a criminal case hence the implications will be the same as any other pending criminal case.

The other biker should get cross FIR registered seeking professional service of a local prudent lawyer, when the police do not register it.
