Fir quashing

i need clarification on these issues. please help me

1. are there any cases where an employee on whom a disproportionate assets case has been filed , had approached high court for quashing of FIR.

2. if so, what is the procedure to be followed for filing a FIR quashing petition on CBI

3. what are the pro and cons, of filing a case against CBI

4. how many months it may take

your query is incomplete. In which High Court you need to file. Departmental procedure may vary from High Court to High Court. if u want to file any quashing petition before drafting the petition read the Judgement reported in 1992 Criminal Law Journal 527 (particularly paragraph 108).
