A person has been granted bail from CJM court after the charge sheet was filed by IO to the court. on the day of bail court has given a date after 2 months for appearance.
Want to know the purpose this first appearance after bail. That person has not received the copy of charge sheet or the other records u/s 207 crpc.
Also can he skip this first date & how much non appearance is allowed in case of valid reasons.
