First son rights

Hello sir,

My mother died 27years back , so myself and my elder brother are her sons

My father got married 6-7 months after her death, she as 1son and 1 daughter now.

Can u plzzzzzzz tell me that second wife son and daughter has rights in my father property upto what share.

And what share will my brother and myself get.

My father is still their with her second wife and son and we both also stay with them together like family only.

Plzzzzzzzz suggest me.

If it is self acquired property of your father then no body has got share in that property, if it is ancestrals then every body has got equal share in the share of your father.

You will get a share in your father's property if he dies without a will.......As of now you have a right only if the said property is ancestral and not self aquired.....
