Hello everyone,
Sometime back (probably approx 2 yrs) there was a judgement from a Delhi court where the wife in her pertition had asked for a flat from he husband as a part of the Maintenance, after deserting him.
The judges stuck down this reqeust saying it was impossible for a middle class person to provide such a flat and that she should stay in a rented place, where the husband orginaly hails from (I think he was from NCR or UP region inland).
Can someone please send a copy of this judgement, it would help.
