We are in chennai, and we want to frame a flat owners association, please let us know the details, and the format . And also let me know that the association should be registered, and what is the benefit of registration. And what amount will it be cost. Please give me the elaborate details. And what are the things to be covered.

The District Registrar, Registration Dept., is the registering authority whre you can get the details and the formalities required.
