Flat in co-operative housing society

My father purchased a flat in 1990 on the name of my mother in a society. Builder made KABJA RASID that time. 2-3 years ago my society became co-operative hoising society. Thay alloted shares to every one other than our building flat holders. They are saying that we are only possesioner so we can not get share certificate.

Now I want to sell this flat and opposite party want to make pakka dastavez.

I want to ask that how can I sell this flat now via making dastavez?

If your father is nominee he can apply for transfer of flat on his name and then get it transfered on his name and insist for Share. cert.
