Sir, I am Babu from Ashok Nagar. there are six flat in our apartment. three of our flat owners not doing flat maintenance in the right way. When others keep quite, i always ask them to do in the right way but they did not listen to me. There is no association and common maintenance account. they do as they wish. i am not in a position to correct them. Is there any legal way to make things right.

If others are keeping quite. You also keep quite. and give a complaint to registrar of socieities.
