Flat name transfer in midc dombivili

Dear Sir,

I (Rohit K) live with my mother in a apartment in MIDC Dombivili which was owned by my father.

My father has passed away in 2011 and now I wish to transfer the flat name to my mother. I have transferred the shares of the society to my mother name but need to transfer the name in MIDC as well.

I had been advised to visit to www.midcindia.org and apply via it, but unfortunately I couldn't find any option for the residential name transfers.

Could you please guide me with the correct procedure/documents and fees involved in the said process?
