Hi,
Need urgent help regarding leasing out our flat in gurgaon . We have our flat in prime apartment society in gurgaon but association member are not letting us lease to the 4 indivduals where each person occupies single room. Estate manager throw our tenant out and not listening to us. He has used abusive language and humiliated our tenant and us.
Can someone please help what can be legal action agaisnt the estate manager so that he cant stop us leasing our flat to anyone.

Its bit urgent as our tenant has been thrwon out and they have no place to stay.
