There is group of people who registred the co-oprative housing society in pune and they bought the land on the name of Society. They are constructing the flats on that land. Whoever join them for the flat, that person will be a member / promoters of the society and getting the share of the society. As per this group -
1. There is no need to pay the stamp duty for the flats OR it will be very nominal stamp duty as society already paid the stamp duty for the land.
2. Flat will be allocated to members on allotment basis
my question is -
1.how member will get the flat ownership?
2. how he will get the loan from Bank?
3. How the Index-II will happen for Flat in the name of member?
