I purchased a 2 BHK flat from a prominent builder in hyderabad. After the delay of 4 years and fighting regularly they handed over my flat in last year with very poor quality. From that time during the rains or even the water tank overflow the roof is leaking. He fixed it for almost 6 times by now. Again due to recent rains and tank overflow the issue is aggrevated. If i am reporting the issue they are trying to fix it. It is stopping for one incident. But for the next incident it is leaking again. But how long this is going to happen I am not sure.Please advise if I can approach the consumer court regarding this on quality. If I approach what can be the outcome.I have all the pictures of roof leakages. Please advise.

Yes, you can approach consumer court under deficiency in service.
Before approaching consumer forum you need to give notice to other party, mentioned what exactly you want.
If he does not comply with this then you can file case in consumer court.
