Dear Sir,
Our neighbour not completed flat registration till today. The head of the family is no more. society received the conveyance few days back. Now society requested all flat owner to complete the registration. all the flat is built during 1985 time. I would like to know the way to register the flat.

Now registration is impossible.
You may at the most pay stamp duty with penalty.
Since conveyance is completed, your component of stamp duty would have already been accounted for.
So you may ignore doing anything.
