Flat registration when in abroad

Hi,

I have taken a flat in bangalore and currently it is under construction. The possesion and registration will be done in june 2014.

Next month I am going abroad for 2 years, and I will not be available during the registration of the flat.

Could someone pls help me to understand, how can I register the flat if I am not in India. I have heard about GPA but frankly speaking I have no idea about this. Can my father register the property on my behalf.

In blodd relation your father can register the flat in your name or in your behalf,feel free to call.

GPA Means whereby a person (the principal) nominates another person to act on his behalf. This power will include the right to act for the principal in all matters.
